(Women Aspiring to Develop Eminent Resolve) program, is a homeless process of upward mobility by providing a variety of assistance including job training,

Community Sharing Fund

Approximately $10,000 revolving micro-economic fund that provides rent and vital utilities assistance which prevents about 150families from homeless.

We Do Care

In collaboration with Community Area Food Bank, distributes over 20,000 lbs of fresh produce, bread, and other foods twice monthly to those in need including over 280 senior citizens.

Community Capacity Building

The Point of RE-ENTRY program is designed to help inmates find work when they return to the community.

Right Step

Provides transitional housing and life skills development through partnerships with expert volunteers.

Programs

Community Services Group…Serving the Regions Community

Call & Connect Center

Provides web based information and listing of congregation and non-profit services available throughout the county to help those in need. Approximately 1,400 persons contact the center or website per month for referral and other assistance.

Community Health Services Against Tobacco

Seeks to address health disparity issues. In collaboration with up to 100 congregations, provide smoking cessation and smoking prevention training and services across the county.

Hip Hop Youth

Development Program is to provide reproductive health education to reduce HIV/STD’s transmission, reduce health disparities and promote community health across underserved communities

The CSMART-Provide

gang and youth violence awareness education culturally competent parents, community leaders and to youth ages 11-18 years of age.
